What F.C.S ByeLaw (as Reviewed) Might Look Like

It is no longer rumor that the new ByeLaw of F.C.S Kongo campus (as Reviewed) is ready and will be read out to the public on Wednesday, the 24th day of July,2019..
The members of the fellowship are very curious as to the provisions of the ByLaw (as Reviewed) as a good number of the members feel like some of the provisions of the constitution are old and need modern change...
One of the most controversial provision of the Bylaw is S65 which is to the effect that
"Members of the Central and Sub-group executive bodies shall neither propose nor accept proposal during the currency of their tenure without the consent of the Central Executive Council."
Questions keep rising in the mind of the members because some of them are wandering if all the exco in all the levels really asked for permission from the central exco before going into their current relationship...

FAITHFULNESS

Two questions which then remain to be asked are “ what does faithfulness mean?” and “who is a faithful servant?” Faithfulness is the quality of being steadfast and committed to something or someone. It can also mean being reliable and worthy of trust. In Matthew 25:45, the Bible made mention of a faithful servant as a person who can be trusted with responsibilities. What is in the spiritual manual of their lives?
